Winter Wonderland Free Family Workshop
The Longwood Center for the Visual Arts (LCVA) is thrilled to celebrate 19 years of the Winter Wonderland Free Family Workshop! Bundle up for the cold winter season and join the LCVA from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 7 for a festive winter-themed art workshop. This free workshop contains a variety of arts and crafts activities the whole family will enjoy, as well as light refreshments. Glitter, glue, and plenty of smiling volunteers will be on hand. Participants only need to bring their creativity! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
The 2024 Winter Wonderland Workshop is made possible by the generous support of Julie and Griff Aldrich, Brad Watson and Jean Morris, and the Farmville Lions Club. The event is free and no registration is required. Emily Grabiec, the LCVA’s Jacqueline Jardin Wall Director of Education and Outreach commented “The LCVA is very excited to celebrate almost two decades of the Winter Wonderland Workshop! This event is a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the community to come together to create fun art projects and celebrate the winter season.”
