LCVA is grateful for the support of our gala sponsors, Megan Miller and Trey Eggleston!
Megan said, "I have always appreciated all that the LCVA does to encourage artistic expression in all levels—age, skill, medium, subject. The connection to and love for the Farmville community and the surrounding areas strengthens and enhances their residents, and it makes Farmville a vibrant and exciting place to live."
Megan and Trey are looking forward to the gala because they are bringing two guests with them who have never attended a gala, and "being able to share this event with them is going to make for an amazing evening."
Admission to the LCVA and its programs is—and always has been—free for everyone. In addition to presenting inspiring and conversation-starting exhibitions within our walls, we take the LCVA on the road to bring interdisciplinary programs to more than 60 public, private and home schools in 14 South Central Virginia counties. Each year our educators travel more than 2,500 miles to bring the visual arts to thousands of PreK-12 students in the community!
While the LCVA is generously supported in part by Longwood University, approximately 60% of our operating budget is derived from private individuals, businesses, and charitable foundations.
To help LCVA continue to offer its many wonderful programs and events, become a sponsor for our 2020 Biennial Winter Gala.
