LCVA is grateful for the support of our gala sponsors, Edward Helton and Michael Helton + Helton House!
Ed and Mike commented, "We love giving back to our community and know that the work that is being done through LCVA has a positive impact to Farmville & the surrounding areas. We have always enjoyed coming to LCVA and seeing the beautiful artwork that is on display. LCVA is a place where lifelong relationships are built and we are proud to be a part of this organization!"
"Our Helton House family is really looking forward to seeing what Gala 2020 has in store for everyone. The theme 'Dream' certainly has our curiosity peaked," said Mike Helton.
Helton House proudly offers assisted living programs aimed to provide adults with customized plans such as training, skill-building, & other services to promote independent living. See what they have to offer at www.heltonhouse.com.
Admission to the LCVA and its programs is—and always has been—free for everyone. In addition to presenting inspiring and conversation-starting exhibitions within our walls, we take the LCVA on the road to bring interdisciplinary programs to more than 60 public, private and home schools in 14 South Central Virginia counties. Each year our educators travel more than 2,500 miles to bring the visual arts to thousands of PreK-12 students in the community!
While the LCVA is generously supported in part by Longwood University, approximately 60% of our operating budget is derived from private individuals, businesses, and charitable foundations.
To help LCVA continue to offer its many wonderful programs and events, become a sponsor for our 2020 Biennial Winter Gala.
